A true gem! The Creemee Stand has been a Deerfield Valley institution for many years. I literally cannot wait for Memorial Day weekend to arrive so that I can get some of that ice cream. Actually, I think it's custard, but who gives a crap, the stuff is amazing.

Usually, I go with the soft serve vanilla and toasted coconut hot dip. Imagine, a good humor toasted almond bar, tastes kind of like that but about 1000 times better!

The homemade ice cream sandwiches are great as well, as are any special flavor of soft serve.

The woman who owns the Creemee is very nice, as are all the employees there. It's great for kids as well.

This is the real deal in every respect. Best, richest, creamiest soft serve, every kind of topping and cone imaginable. Best Vermont made hard ice cream,tons of flavors. Best friendliest service possible. An institution unto itself.

Our kids have been doing the icre cream chant ever since we got in the car to leave our Connecticut home for Memorial Day weekend in Vermont.  We'll be here again tomorrow, and also on Sunday.  We have to leave on Monday, but we'll be here before we go!

I maintain and service soft serve ice cream machines all over New England.  My job requires sampling the finished product from the stands that I service for texture, temperature, and such.  I have always been impressed by the cleanliness of the Creemee Stand, and frankly it is one of the only two stands that I visit where I actually eat the entire ice cream, rather than just sample it!  -- Our service tech.
